To allow us to advise you properly, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to your matter.
  • Promptly inform us of any changes in circumstances that may affect the advice we have given or are preparing to give.
  • Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights of others.
  • Not use any Content we provide to mislead a court, tribunal, or other party.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials or appointment references we share with you.

We may decline to act further or may withdraw from a matter if we become aware that information provided to us was materially inaccurate.

  • Family Document Review — ฿2,700
  • Grandparent Rights and Family Contact Counsel — ฿5,800
  • Comprehensive Family Matters Engagement — ฿8,300

Payment is due prior to or upon commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as communicated at the time of engagement. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice; any change will not affect services already paid for. We will discuss any fees connected to third-party costs (such as court filing fees) separately before incurring them.

If you wish to discuss a refund for a service that has not yet commenced, please contact us. Refunds for services already delivered are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not routinely available.

7. Engagement Scope

The scope of each engagement is as described in the relevant service description and any engagement letter we provide. In particular:

  • A document review appointment covers the documents provided at the time of the appointment. Subsequent documents or materially changed circumstances may require a separate arrangement.
  • Counsel engagements proceed at a pace agreed with the client; timelines may be affected by court schedules, counterparty conduct, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Changes to the agreed scope of work may affect the applicable fee and will be discussed with you before any additional work proceeds.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in connection with your matter as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law, with your consent, or where necessary to carry out your instructions (for example, to a court or relevant authority). Our confidentiality obligations continue after the conclusion of an engagement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle personal data.

9. Disclaimers

The information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. The outcome of any legal matter depends on its individual facts and the applicable law at the relevant time.

  • We make no representation that information on the Website is current, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
  • Advice given in the context of an engagement is specific to the instructions and information provided at that time.
  • We do not offer any assurance as to the outcome of any legal process, court hearing, or negotiation.
  • The Website is provided on an "as available" basis; we do not warrant uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

  • Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or loss of time.

12. Termination

Either party may end an engagement by giving reasonable written notice. In particular:

  • You may withdraw your instructions at any time; fees already incurred for work undertaken will remain payable.
  • We may cease to act if a conflict of interest arises, if professional obligations so require, or if an instruction would require us to act in a manner inconsistent with our professional duties.
  • Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, payment, and limitation of liability survive the end of any engagement.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute:

  • We ask that you first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution.
  • If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the rules of a mutually agreed body in Thailand.
  • The courts of Bangkok, Thailand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement.

14. General Provisions

  • Severability. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
  • Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
  • Notices. Notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our Bangkok address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
